Ian McLean

Ian started at D2L as a co-op student over seven years ago and never left. Currently he’s a senior software developer, working on a project to improve the onboarding experience for new developer hires. Before switching into computer science, he studied evolution and ecology, and really enjoys anything to do with biology. When not doing D2L stuff he’s likely helping with an applied industry skills course at UBC, taking care of two small children, and/or fully focused on the Vancouver Canucks.
